On a personal note, some changes at the Art Colony:

 This summer the builders of The Art Colony, J.D. and Kathy Harris made a generous offer to my husband and me to purchase the Art Colony with a six month option.

And while we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity and had a tremendous amount of fun, we have decided that the best option for us personally is to focus our efforts completely on growing and expanding Practical Magic Art Supply, which is my real passion and source of happiness.

We thank you all for your wonderful support in this venture and hope that you will be as supportive to JD and Kathy Harris, who have some great ideas for The Art Colony, and of course to the working artists who call the Art Colony home and make it the wonderful place that it is.
